Following the funding of the Erasmus+ agreement, proposed by me, between Cà Foscari University of Venice and the University of Cape Verde, I will be giving a lecture series at the School of Economics and Management of the African university. The lecture on October 24th will take the form of a conference as part of the inauguration of the Master’s Degree in Human Rights and Citizenship.
