I am glad to announce that the final version of the 10th Annual Conference on International Studies (CESRAN2023) program is released. The conference will be held in hybrid modality through Zoom platform. I will chair Panel 4 on Energy Diplomacy and Security Policies, Tuesday 12 September 18:00-19:30 (UTC/GMT +01:00), at Auditorium 1, Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa (UAL).
