I will attend the SCI-340 RLS on High Energy Laser (HEL) Weapon Technology, Opportunities, and Challenges organized by NATO Science and Technology Organization (STO) that will be held on the 1st of December at the Research centre of the Portuguese Navy in Alfeite.
